24-Hour Cancellation Policy

We require credit card information for all appointments $50 and above. Our policy requires a 24 hour notice for any cancellation. For appointment no-shows and last minute cancellations, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the service price.
We kindly request that you keep this policy in mind throughout and prior to the booking process; we greatly appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Returns & Exchanges

Unopened products can be returned through the original form of purchase or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened/used products.

Gift Certificates

We offer gift certificates, which can be purchased at the front desk or over the phone (online gift certificates will be available soon!) All gift certificates expire after one year from the date of purchase. When redeeming, gift certificates must be presented at the front desk; we are unable to find your gift certificate through our booking system. All gift certificate sales are final. 

Payment Methods

We accept cash and all four major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). We do not accept checks. Gratuity is cash only!

The minimum for any credit card purchase is $10.
